Contact and support
This page lists the support options that are actually available for Remove AI Metadata from Photo. It will not publish an address unless that address is configured and monitored.
Last updated:
This independent utility does not currently operate a public support inbox or ticketing system. There is no contact form, and the site will never ask you to upload an image for support. A monitored contact method will be listed on this page if one becomes available.
Get help with a file
Most processing problems can be checked without sharing the image:
- Confirm the file is a static JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF image.
- Try one file at a time and keep the original in a separate location.
- If AVIF does not open, test in a current browser with AVIF decoding support.
- Do not rename an unsupported file extension to make it appear supported.
- Review the result card for the source scan, output verification, dimensions, format, and size change.
Animated images are intentionally rejected. Very large files may also fail if the browser or device cannot allocate enough memory for decoding and re-encoding.
Questions about what was removed
The homepage explains the supported metadata categories and shows a per-file verification result. The metadata guides give additional context for EXIF, XMP, and C2PA. A successful result means the output was checked for the supported structures this tool recognizes; it is not a guarantee about every proprietary metadata format or every external detection system.
Privacy or security concerns
Do not send images, prompts, metadata, account credentials, or other sensitive material to an address that merely claims to represent this site. The cleaner processes selected images inside your browser and does not need a support agent to receive the file. The privacy policy explains the separate website analytics and hosting data flows.
Requests and response expectations
Because there is no public inbox, no response time is promised. This page is the canonical place to check for a future support channel. Product behavior, limitations, and important policy changes will be documented on the site rather than communicated through unsolicited messages.
